In 2002, when Lester Yu put up Lush Corporation a company that serves fresh fruit juices and other healthy refreshments he knew he would someday go beyond servings drinks.
He couldn’t have been more right.
In April this year, Yu opened his first restaurant called Cocktales, which serves desserts and comfort foods. It signaled Lush’s readiness to explore new heights by expanding into areas previously excluded from its initial core competencies.
Cocktales follows the success of five health juice brands Fruitas, Juice Avenue, Buko ni Fruitas, Mango Farm, and Black Pearl—whose combined number of branches now exceeds 300 across the country.
